Bach Flower Remedies

The beginning

The Bach flowers were made in 1930 by the doctor and homeopathic Edward Bach in England. When, at some point, he became ill, and gave him only a few months of life, he intuitively turned to his home garden in Oxford. There she began to experiment with the plants and ended up in 38 flowers from flowers, trees and one source of water. Edward Bach was well off his illness and lived for 19 more years.

Today, where he was home, the Bach International Center is based, which continues to produce the flowers in the way it was made.

The cause of all diseases

Edward Bach believed that all diseases are the result of the internal conflict that each of us is experiencing. As it is difficult to identify and admit our negative feelings on our own, we can get help from various methods in order to balance again.

Exactly this kind of help, provide the Bach flowers. Emotions, such as fear, doubt, weakness, sadness, impatience, over-stimulation, criticism, are responsible for our illnesses. By locating these feelings, you choose the right flower. So you begin to cleanse initially, and in the second phase to find out your positive side so you stay in the health zone.

Bach believed that the illness was the result of an established, negative mental state, and that by curing this mental state, the disease could be prevented or if it had already occurred, relieving the patient and recovering. Of particular concern for Bach, negative feelings of fear, anxiety, etc., which reduce our vitality and leave us exposed to all sorts of diseases.

He also believed that there were no illnesses but sick, and he argued that when the mind and soul balance, then man is self-healing. Knowing the power of flowers and their impact on people's psychology is not new. From ancient times, there have been knowledge and practices, some of which have survived to our day in the form of customs and habits.

Since our feelings clearly show the harmony or disharmony that exists within us and these in turn create an effect on our physical health, rehabilitation and relief from these negative emotions through the use of Anthropotherapy will bring about healing at both psychological and physical level.

How's the Flower Session?

The first session is simple. You have the box of 38 flowers in front of you and you pick your 5 bottles intuitively. These represent the different phases of your life and reflect your quality and your fears at your various stages. After the lectures, it becomes the interpretation of your choice. There you can see where the inner conflict that causes any imbalance or illness is inside you. Then make your personal flora, which is a mix of drops from the bottles you chose.

You can take 4-5 drops in your tongue sometimes in the day. They have no aroma or flavor and owe their healing effect to the vibrations of each plant, but also to the so-called "water memory". If you need a second session, you do it three weeks a month after the first.

What you will notice when you start your drops is a shake of the emotions that brought you to the point of asking for the treatment. Some fears, feelings or situations will come to light simply to be cured. You will not experience difficult situations or crises, but you will have an emotional upset and a spiritual search that is necessary for the treatment.

The 4 elements of nature

Flowers are separate as they all needed 4 elements of nature to do. They rode on the ground, fed from the air, helped by the sun or fire to transmit their power and ended up in the water to enhance their beneficial action.

Bach divided the negative emotions into 7 categories :
